Watch : Jimmy Kimmel shares his up-close experience with Team Pacman

Jimmy Kimmel, a certified fan of Manny Pacquiao, has shared what it felt like to be part of the Filipino boxing superstar’s entourage. Kimmel, who earlier effusively thanked Pacquiao for allowing him to be his “(Justin) Bieber,” recounted everything he saw and experienced up-close with Team Pacquiao. According to him, he was picked up by Team Pacquiao from the arena and brought him to a small room where Pacquiao was preparing with his team. Soon, the police came and cleared the room except for Pacquiao, his team, his security and him, Kimmel said.

At one point, Kimmel said things turned awkward when Pacquiao’s coach Freddie Roach and the rest of the team went out for a while, leaving only him and the Filipino boxer. “He was warming up for the biggest fight of his life and I’m standing there wearing gold chains and a stupid hat,” he said. “I was like good luck, go get him.” Photobombed Roach and Pacquiao’s Selfie Kimmel also revealed he had humorously photobombed Roach and Pacquiao’s selfie by mistake. He said he was surprised that in the middle of their walk to the ring, Roach pulled out a cell phone and did a selfie with Pacquiao.

Kimmel said he decided to photobomb their picture only to find out later the stunt was part of a deal with Samsung. Bad Luck Despite the privilege of being Pacquiao’s ‘sexy teen idol,’ Kimmel said he still felt bad for jinxing Manny Pacquiao on fight night. “I do want to thank Freddie Roach and Manny Pacquiao for letting me be part of the team. I wish this was the first time I brought bad luck to a team,” he said, and joked about he was also part of Lee Harvey Oswald and Ned Stark’s (from Game of Thrones) entourage. He also ended his story with a humorous caveat: “Don’t invite me to anything.”
